*Position Overview:* The front desk is responsible for driving membership sales, building strong member relationships, and ensuring a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This role combines customer service with sales expertise to support our studio?s success.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Drive membership sales.
• Conduct studio tours and highlight the benefits of Pilates and our membership offerings.
• Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and text to maximize conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and memberships.
• Collaborate with the studio team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Support front desk operations, including scheduling, answering questions, and handling payments when needed.
• Represent the Sunset Pilates brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

*Qualifications:*

• Previous experience in sales, fitness, or wellness.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Comfortable working with sales goals and closing memberships.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft, Word, and excel.
