Full Time Retail Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic Full Time Retail Assistants at Bedok Mall, Isetan Scotts and AMK.

• Provide exceptional, friendly service, handle inquiries & resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Handle cashiering duties efficiently, process payments & ensure accurate transactions.
• Assist customers with their orders, make recommendations & handle cake collections.
• Ensure our displays are always attractive & fully-stocked.
• Maintain the shop, display cases and workstation clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations & other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to commit at least 3-4 working days per week (For Part Time).
• Retail experience is an advantage but not required.

Working Arrangement

• Salary: $12 to $13 per hour (For Part Time)
• Working Hours: 12.00pm - 10.15pm(1 hour unpaid meal break) (based on roster & rotating shifts)
• Location: Bedok Mall, Isetan Scotts & AMK.
