Job Summary As a Commercial HVAC Vents & Laundry Dryer Vents Cleaning Technician, you?ll clean and maintain commercial HVAC and laundry dryer vent systems, using practical mechanical skills and a customer-focused approach. Your work helps keep systems clean and operating reliably for customers and the teams who depend on them.
Duties
- Inspect commercial HVAC and dryer vent systems, identify buildup or visible concerns, and determine appropriate cleaning steps.
- Clean vents and related components using suitable tools and safe work practices.
- Use schematics to understand system layouts and support troubleshooting; assist with assembly and appliance repair tasks as needed.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explain completed work, and share relevant findings with colleagues.
Requirements
Experience Required:
- Practical mechanical knowledge and the ability to follow schematics, use tools, and complete cleaning and assembly tasks carefully
- Clear communication and customer service skills support respectful interactions and accurate explanations of work
Preferred:
- Electrical experience
- HVAC familiarity
- appliance repair skills are valuable strengths for recognizing system issues and supporting a wider range of service tasks
- Related hands-on experience can help you contribute confidently while coordinating with customers and colleagues
What we offer
Pay: $150.00-$450.00 per day
