Reprographic Operations: Provide expert service in photocopying, printing, collating, binding, and the creation of booklets/worksheets.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate, monitor, and maintain production office equipment, including commercial photocopiers, duplicators, and automated collators across the Level 1 and Level 2 printing rooms.
Facilities Housekeeping: Ensure the general organization, replenishment, and cleanliness of both the Printing Rooms and the Printing Store Room.
General Office Support: Provide administrative support to the General Office, including handling front-counter reception duties, answering phone calls, document filing, and assisting with school event logistics.
Working Hours & Schedule
Days: Mondays to Fridays.
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break).
Rest Days: Services are strictly not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and all gazetted public holidays.
Job Requirements
Experience (Preferred): Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in corporate printing or reprographic services. Minimum of 2 years of working experience within a local school environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience executing administrative or front-desk workflows.
Technical Skills: Proven capability to operate heavy-duty photocopiers, duplicators, and collators.
Language: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
