  • Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Fridays: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (No lunch break)

School Holiday Perks: Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, and all official school holidays.

πŸ“‹ Core Responsibilities

  1. Fact-Finding and Case Investigation
  • Misconduct Inquiries: Assist the school's discipline team in conducting thorough fact-finding and objective investigations into student misconduct and bullying incidents.
  • Case Documentation: Gather information impartially, identify key facts, and maintain clear, accurate case logs for school reference.
  1. Student Engagement & Pastoral Care
  • Adolescent Support: Engage both student offenders and victims involved in disciplinary cases to deliver basic guidance and pastoral care.
  • At-Risk Mentoring: Build positive relationships with at-risk students, recognize early warning signs of behavioral complications, and escalate concerns to relevant stakeholders.
  • Post-Incident Welfare: Implement and monitor safety plans to evaluate student well-being following a disciplinary intervention.
  1. School Safety, Supervision & De-escalation
  • Presence & Patrols: Conduct regular patrols and maintain an active adult presence in high-traffic zones (e.g., before school, recess, dismissal, and lesson transitions) to enforce school standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Respond immediately to student conflicts, defuse arguments using modern de-escalation skills, and safely refer students to proper staff.
  • Consequence Monitoring: Supervise students serving school-based disciplinary consequences or specialized behavioral interventions.

🎯 Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a GCE N-Level certificate .
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience working in a school environment or equivalent capacity.
  • Preferred Background: Prior service in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Singapore Police Force (SPF) , or other uniformed services is highly valued, particularly in roles involving operational security, training, investigation, or personnel management.
  • Key Competencies: Familiarity with restorative practices and student support frameworks; strong computer literacy; outstanding communication skills; resilient nature capable of handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality and absolute professionalism.
