Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall ACMV manufacturing operations to meet production, quality and delivery targets.
- Develop production plans and ensure effective allocation of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Lead and manage the Production Planner, Production Supervisors and production team.
- Monitor production performance, productivity, capacity, WIP, downtime, rework and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Drafting, Procurement, Warehouse, QA/QC and Delivery teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Identify production bottlenecks, operational issues and resource constraints, and implement timely solutions.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production costs, material usage, manpower efficiency and minimize wastage.
- Establish and monitor production KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, housekeeping and 5S requirements.
- Develop, coach and motivate the production team to improve performance and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, process improvement and waste reduction.
- Support the implementation of production systems, processes and future ERP/MES solutions.
- Work closely with management to improve production capacity, efficiency and overall operational performance.
