Production Shift Supervisor

It stands at the top of relevant single-unit facilities, as one of the largest producers of secondary lead in Europe. Seeking to further empower our team, we are looking to hire a Production Shift Supervisor.
Main responsibilities Monitoring the production process as a whole. Smooth connection of all production departments of the factory and intervention in case of a problem in that part of the production process. Informing the maintenance department of potential faults in mechanical and electrical equipment. Supervision and resolution of faults. Handling warehouse materials. Performing all tasks in compliance with applicable regulations and specifications regarding environmental protection and occupational health and safety. Personnel management. Conducts training for staff, identifies training needs, and informs Management and the HSE. Conveys information from Management and the HSE to the staff regarding quality, environment, and OHS issues. Informs the HSE of potential near-miss accidents and receives updates from the department workers. Reports improvement suggestions to the HSE regarding environmental protection or the health and safety of workers. Participation in regular meetings with Management regarding occupational health and safety. Has under their responsibility the entire production equipment of the factory assigned by the company for the execution of their duties, which includes the liquid area, crystallization, the smelting furnace, and the lead processing unit departments.
Required Qualifications: TEI Degree: Department of Mechanical Engineering, Informatics, or another related department Basic knowledge of the English language Basic computer skills (Outlook & Excel) Previous experience in a similar position in an industrial environment of at least 3 years Ability to work in rotating shifts Familiarity with SCADA or PLC systems will be appreciated Completed military obligations Benefits: Competitive compensation package.
