Test technician
- Support engineers in the installation, testing, and setup of testing equipment, such as Functional Test, Aging Test, and Calibration
- Assemble, install, inspect, and maintain Test Fixture and equipment used for product testing
- Perform product testing according to standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Test Manuals
- Support the parameter setup of machines and testing equipment as specified by engineers
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM), inspection, and repair of testing equipment to ensure constant readiness for use
- Analyze and perform initial troubleshooting of machines, testing equipment, and non-conforming products (NG Product)
- Support the improvement of testing process efficiency, reduction of testing time, and increase of production efficiency
- Record test results, prepare reports, and track the operational data of testing equipment
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments to support problem-solving and production process improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications: Education: High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or other related fields 0–3 years of experience in testing, maintenance of machines, electrical/electronic equipment, or production lines (New graduates are welcome) Able to use electrical measuring instruments such as Digital Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Supply, and basic tools Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, electronic circuits, and reading electrical diagrams Knowledge of Troubleshooting will be given special consideration Knowledge regarding Functional Test, Aging Test, Calibration, PLC, Test Fixture, or Automation will be given special consideration Able to use Microsoft Office programs Able to read basic English documents Able to work in shifts and work overtime (OT) as necessary
