Job Summary The PCBA Equipment Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining production equipment in the PCBA production line to ensure stable operation, high equipment efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role supervises equipment technicians and engineers, supports new equipment installation, and drives preventive maintenance activities to achieve production targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily equipment operation and maintenance activities in the PCBA production line.

Lead the equipment team to ensure machine uptime and minimize production downtime.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans and equipment improvement activities.

Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor equipment performance indicators such as OEE, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.

Coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues.

Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and process transfer projects.

Manage spare parts inventory and control maintenance costs.

Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and technical documentation.

Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and operators.

Ensure compliance with company safety regulations, 5S requirements, and EHS standards.

Drive continuous improvement projects to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment engineering within a PCBA or electronics manufacturing environment. At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing equipment teams. Strong knowledge of SMT DIP and PCBA production equipment, including printers, SPI, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, and ICT equipment. Experience in preventive maintenance, TPM, and equipment troubleshooting. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. Good communication and leadership skills. Able to communicate in English; Chinese communication skills will be an advantage.
