  • Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and workforce needs, and provide support across recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collect and analyze workforce data, including headcount, hiring progress, employee turnover, and performance results, to support workforce planning and management decisions.
  • Deliver recruitment plans for assigned business units by coordinating hiring requirements, candidate screening, interviews, and offers, while monitoring hiring progress and outcomes.
  • Identify development needs of frontline managers and employees in key roles; work with stakeholders to implement development plans and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Coordinate graduate development and internship programs within assigned business units, and track participant development and retention.
  • Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, progress reviews, evaluations, and feedback, and promote appropriate use of performance results.
  • Support annual salary review processes by validating employee and performance information, coordinating approvals, and ensuring accurate implementation.
  • Manage employee relations matters, advise managers and employees on company policies, and support timely, fair resolution in compliance with Thai labor laws and company requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 3 years with a master’s degree. Experience supporting business units in an HR capacity is preferred. Working knowledge of recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee relations, with an understanding of Thai labor laws and regulations. Strong analytical, project management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical HR solutions. Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above and English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or above; able to communicate effectively in a multilingual work environment.
