Your daily life

Integrated into the Thales Group, SUNERIS is a French technological SME specializing in the design of telecommunications solutions and tactical radio solutions. SUNERIS develops a complete range of simple and certified solutions in response to the growing security needs of governments and businesses. Our company of 110 people deploys its solutions in France and internationally to Institutions and Companies that require high-performance, reliable, simple, and highly secure solutions.

Reporting to the Product Manager, within the tactical solutions product line, you will work in close collaboration with the R&D, Validation, and Production / Industrialization teams. You will also be in contact with the Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams.

You will lead and coordinate product development, from R&D to the first operational tests.

Your missions include notably:

• setting up and monitoring, for each new product, a common R&D / production / validation program / project schedule
• coordinating the planning and delivery of new HW products and new software versions to internal teams and external customers, on time and with quality

• managing the feature backlog and priorities
• implementing a continuous improvement plan for product development activities

• ensuring the implementation and monitoring of the Product Life Cycle process
• ensuring the management of special projects (such as integration into third-party environments).

You will benefit from comprehensive training on products, solutions, and internal processes upon taking up your position.

Travel abroad to be expected.

Your profile

With an engineering background, you already have experience in program and project management (ideally at least 5 years) as well as experience in HW and/or SW development. Experience in product development and industrialization is a plus.

Curious, rigorous, and methodical, you have a strong interest in new technologies. You are recognized for your structuring and writing skills. Your interpersonal skills allow you to easily coordinate product development activities.

Mastery of English is essential.
