Join our activity service team in Pyhätunturi!

For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for activity service workers who enjoy moving in nature, meeting people, and sharing stories of Lapland with our visitors.

We offer high-quality activity services in the stunning nature of Pyhä-Luosto National Park. We operate in accordance with sustainable tourism principles, and our activities combine local nature, safety, and authentic experiences.

The job is for you if you enjoy being outdoors on all winter days and want to help create the most unforgettable moments of our visitors' lives.

Job duties vary according to your skills, but may include, for example:

• Guiding nature and activity services mainly in English
• Guiding electric snowmobile tours, aurora tours, ice fishing trips, snowshoe hikes, farm visits, and other nature experiences
• Ensuring customer safety, comfort, and a high-quality customer experience
• Airport transfers, activity service transfers, and other scheduled transport
• Preparation, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment (e.g., electric snowmobiles, skis, snowshoes, and other activity equipment)
• Heating and maintenance of beach saunas
• General maintenance and upkeep tasks for the Resort area
• Advising customers and practical arrangements in connection with activities

We value

• Interest in nature, hiking, and activity services
• Experience in activity services, tourism, guiding, or wilderness activities (those at the beginning of their careers are also welcome to apply)
• Excellent customer service attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Good physical fitness and readiness to work in varying weather conditions
• A responsible and proactive work attitude
• Fluent English skills; Finnish is a great advantage and other language skills are considered a plus
• A valid B driving license (D1 or D license is considered an advantage)
• EA1 training is an advantage, but we provide training if necessary
• Interest in learning new things and developing within the activity service field

Remuneration is according to the activity service sector TES, according to difficulty groups A-B (Collective Agreement for Tourism, Restaurant, and Leisure Services / Activity Service Sector). The final salary is determined based on experience and skills.

Employment relationship

Work begins at the end of November / beginning of December 2026 and continues until the end of the spring season 2027, towards the end of March - beginning of April.

The job is a full-time seasonal position.
