Your tasks

工作职责：1. Supervise, deploy and coordinate all security guards on duty to ensure effective coverage of all posts.

1. Conduct regular patrols and inspect all security posts, to ensure guards are alert and at post.

1. Oversee access control procedures and ensure proper verification of visitors, vehicles and materials as per SOP.

1. Organize briefing, meetings, on-the-job training and orientation for guards on their duties, emergency procedures and customer relations.

1. Enforce discipline among security personnel and ensure adherence to company rules and security code of conduct.
