Job Summary:

The security team leader is responsible for leading and managing the security guard team to ensure a safe and secure environment. This role focuses on team managing, safety policies implementing, and maintaining robust security procedures to protect the organization’s assets, employees, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the daily operations of the security team Assign guard posts and organize deployment based on operational needs Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and order of the premises Supervise attendance, discipline, and performance of guards across both day and night shifts Report any irregularities, incidents, or security breaches in a timely manner Coordinate with other departments during emergencies or special situations Ensure proper shift handovers and maintain accurate records and logs

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in security; team leadership experience preferred Familiar with patrol operations, post assignment, and incident reporting procedures Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and the ability to respond to emergencies Willing to work both day and night shifts as per schedule Basic literacy skills for completing reports and checklists

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with occasional on-call availability for emergencies.

• May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on operational needs.
