Your tasks

Job Overview We are urgently seeking a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Manager from a manufacturing environment to lead the hiring strategy, oversee the recruitment team, and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process. The successful candidate will partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, optimise sourcing channels, track hiring metrics, and ensure a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate must have been recruiting in a factory/construction or manufacturing industry and be capable of meeting recruitment deadlines for both factory hands, C-suite, and functional positions on time and efficiently.

• Strategy & Planning: Build and execute long-term hiring plans aligned with the company’s growth goals.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and evaluate in-house and outsourced recruiters and hiring coordinators.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with department managers to define job requirements, write job descriptions, and speed up the selection process.
• Sourcing & Pipelines: Develop proactive talent pools, use social media platforms, and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Metrics & Compliance: Track key performance indicators such as time to hire and cost per hire, while ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

• Education: BA/BSc/MSc/MBA degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years in human resources and recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, data analysis, and digital sourcing tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
