Job Overview

We are urgently seeking Production Supervisors to oversee factory floor operations, manage staff, maintain discipline, and ensure production targets are met efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. The successful candidates will coordinate daily production schedules and optimise workflows to reduce waste and increase productivity.

Key Requirements & Skills

Experience: 3–6 years of supervisory experience in a factory or large manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Education: HND/BSC/B.ENG in engineering or a related field.

Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
