Overhead Crane Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair overhead cranes and lifting equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. Conduct preventive maintenance and replace damaged parts. Check key components such as hoists, hooks, brakes, motors, limit switches, and wire ropes. Keep maintenance and repair records. Ensure all maintenance work follows safety procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in overhead crane or lifting equipment maintenance. Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Good troubleshooting and hands-on skills. Factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage. Good safety awareness and ability to work overtime when required.
