We are looking for a communicative and motivated person for the position of Sales and Marketing Referent.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- daily communication with travel agencies, partners, and guests
- processing inquiries, preparing offers, and entering reservations
- administration and monitoring of allotment contracts and reservations
- monitoring availability, sales conditions, and special offers
- working in the hotel PMS system
- updating and maintaining content on the hotel website
- creating simpler visuals
- preparing and adapting content for various sales channels
- cooperation with other hotel departments
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
- previous experience working in hotel sales
- experience working in Diventa or Opera or a similar hotel PMS system
- understanding of reservation processes, allotments, and direct hotel sales
- good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
- developed communication and organizational skills
- precision and responsibility in the administrative part of the job
- creativity and a sense for visual communication
- basic experience in creating visuals and working with tools such as Canva or similar programs
ADVANTAGE:
Experience working in 5* hotels, experience working in Diventa, experience in maintaining web content, and an interest in digital marketing and hotel product development.
