GENERAL MANAGER (MOLUM HOTEL & RESIDENCES)
We are looking for an experienced professional with a clear business vision and a refined sense of service quality to lead Molum Hotel & Residences and guide its further development.
ABOUT US:
Molum Hotel & Residences is a new 5-star resort in northern Dalmatia, focused on providing a distinctive experience based on personalized service, an individual approach, and attention to detail that makes the difference between good and truly premium service. The General Manager will have the opportunity to actively shape these standards and guide the long-term development and positioning of the resort.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- managing the overall business of the resort and the daily functioning of operational segments
- planning and implementing business, operational, and development activities
- monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) and implementing measures to improve results
- achieving business results, profitability, and operational efficiency
- ensuring a high level of service quality and consistent application of 5-star category standards, with special attention to detail
- developing and improving products, services, and guest experiences, with an emphasis on a personalized approach
- leading and developing employees and ensuring the consistent application of service standards
- planning, monitoring, and controlling CAPEX and OPEX investments
- developing relationships with key business partners
- monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities
- ensuring business compliance with legal regulations, internal procedures, and relevant quality and safety standards
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We expect from candidates:
- Higher vocational or University degree, preferably in economics, tourism, or a related field
- at least 3 years of experience in a management position, preferably with experience managing hotel or resort operations
- a good understanding of key hotel operations, financial indicators, and quality standards
- strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- independence in decision-making and a readiness to take responsibility
- analytical skills, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset
- active knowledge of the English language
