International Service Manager (f/m/d) (Mechatronics Technician)

This is your field:

• You lead our international service team technically and organizationally
• You coordinate worldwide service assignments, commissioning, and maintenance
• You are the first point of contact for complex technical customer inquiries and support your team with problem-solving
• You continuously develop our service processes and ensure the highest customer satisfaction
• You plan the deployment of our service technicians and ensure optimal resource planning
• You work closely with design, development, purchasing, and production
• You analyze service KPIs and derive measures to improve our service quality
• You develop training concepts for customers, dealers, and service technicians
• You support the expansion of our international service network and look after service partners worldwide
• You accompany new products until successful market launch from a service perspective

Requirements

• You have completed technical training in the field of agricultural and construction machinery, Mechatronik, mechanical engineering, or comparable
• Ideally, you have further training as a Techniker or Meister
• You have already been able to gain experience in technical service as well as in a leadership function
• You possess sound knowledge in Hydraulik, Elektrik, and mechanical engineering
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are solution-oriented
• You appear confidently towards customers and employees
• You have good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel is a matter of course for you
• You are enthusiastic about innovative machines and modern service solutions
