Production Planning & Delivery Officer & Supply Chain Management

1. Analyze customers' Master Production Plan (MPP) and forecast monthly and daily demand.
2. Perform Capacity Planning, assess manpower requirements, manage work shifts, and evaluate production line potential to ensure alignment with customer demand.
3. Monitor capacity readiness and adjust production plans promptly in cases of overload or shortage.
4. Issue Production Orders and supervise the production plan of each production line to ensure operations proceed according to the plan.
5. Prepare and manage documents related to export/delivery to ensure On-time Delivery.
6. Plan requirements and create purchase requisitions for Raw Material according to the production plan, including tracking the delivery status of materials to the factory.
7. Create and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system to ensure accuracy and compliance with production structure requirements.

• Working hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week; Weekly holiday: Sunday - Public holidays
• No Overtime (OT) pay
• Free uniform provided
• Meal allowance 40 Baht per day, Travel allowance 50 Baht per day, Housing allowance 1,000 Baht per month
• Diligence allowance: 1,000 Baht / month
• Year-end bonus: 2 months' salary at year-end (or a guaranteed bonus system of 1 month / receiving 13 months of salary)

Qualifications: Knowledge of Production Planning: Understanding MRP systems, capacity calculation, and production order prioritization. Inventory Management skills: Controlling inventory levels to maintain balance, calculating turnover rates to prevent stockouts or excess inventory. Understanding of End-to-End SCM: Understanding the process from raw material procurement and production to distribution and transportation. Proficiency in ERP systems. Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese or English. Education: Vocational Certificate (Diploma) or Bachelor's Degree or higher. Male or Female, aged 21 to 41 years old. Good physical health. No criminal record.
