Sea Freight Coordinator / Shipping Logistics Officer

1. Responsible for preparing import-export documentation, customs clearance and cargo inspection, tracking logistics status, as well as vessel scheduling.
2. Perform duties and provide support to the team as assigned by supervisors.
3. Work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day, weekly holiday: Sunday - Public Holidays.

Qualifications: Responsible for preparing import-export documentation, customs clearance and cargo inspection, tracking logistics status, as well as vessel scheduling. Must be familiar with Thai customs procedures and Incoterms; must be familiar with international sea freight operational procedures, document management, and coordination with ports. Able to independently manage Bill of Lading (B/L), Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and other documents to ensure goods pass customs clearance and are delivered on time. Ability to communicate in English for writing (correspondence). Male or female, aged 21 to 41 years old. Education level: High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree or higher. Physically healthy. No criminal record.
