Temporary Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities and duties The work of this position involves the control of information and support in the following subsystems: Control, registration, and monitoring of all activities related to Risk Analyses, Change Controls, Non-Conformity Reports, Corrective and Preventive Actions; Control and Implementation of Corporate and Quality Documents; Preparation and review of quality procedures and documents directly or indirectly linked to the function; Control and preparation of statistical data regarding prescribed quality metrics and global reports; Issuance of quality documents for investigation of laboratory events: Out of Specification (OOS) results, Out of Trend (OOT) results, and Laboratory Events (ELB); Preparation of Annual Trend Reports; Preparation, review, control, and monitoring of Quality Technical Agreements; Preparation and control of documents related to Controlled Substances; Control, registration, and monitoring of activities related to Market Complaints (SAC) related to possible quality deviations, sending deviations for investigation to manufacturing plants, and access to CRM; Control, registration, and monitoring of activities related to Recalls; Control and communication of thefts, robberies, and loss of cargo.
Requirements and qualifications Higher Education completed in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biomedicine; Previous experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry; Knowledge of quality tools (CAPA, risk management, change control); Familiarity with regulatory standards (ANVISA, GMP); Intermediate/advanced Office Package.
