Job Scope Manage daily operations across assigned restaurants, bars or F&B outlets. Ensure consistent food quality, service standards and guest satisfaction. Supervise staff scheduling, training, inventory and cost control. Monitor revenue performance and resolve guest feedback or service issues. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel or restaurant F&B operations. Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
