Director of Sales (DOS) - Hospitality

Introduction We work with established hotels in Singapore, partnering with them to recruit quality talent across Sales, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations and Corporate Functions. Our focus is on connecting hospitality professionals with opportunities to grow their careers while supporting our clients’ talent and business needs. Job Scope Lead the hotel’s overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Develop key accounts, corporate partnerships and new business opportunities. Oversee sales performance, budgeting, forecasting and market positioning. Lead, coach and motivate the sales team. Requirements Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality sales. Extensive hotel sales experience, including team leadership. Strong network of corporate clients and industry partners. Proven track record in revenue generation and strategic account management.
