Sales Advisor

We're looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to connect with our entry level sales reps , understand their learning curve, and coach them to be an ultimate sales consultant . This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction , leadership , and business development . You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing guidance , and the opportunity to develop your management skills while working with a supportive team. What You'll Do Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and process sales Build trust through professional communication and consistent follow - up . Present products and services in a clear, engaging way in daily meetings. Provide training and demonstrations of new product launches and CRM systems Identify new sales opportunities and help grow the customer base . Develop new sales/marketing strategies to enhance team performance Track metrics, KPI's of sales team Train new hires efficiently to produce sales within 3-5 days Work toward individual and team sales goals .
