OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

You will lead and manage site logistics and operational workflows, driving team performance and ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with clients and management to address feedback and operational issues, while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with clients to gather feedback and report actionable insights to managementCoordinate logistics to support efficient site operations and timely deliveryDevelop and manage employee workflows by creating schedules and delegating tasks to optimize productivityAssess employee performance regularly to identify improvement opportunities and implement development plansSet clear performance goals aligned with company objectives and monitor compliance to achieve business targetsCommunicate effectively with customers to resolve operational and service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfactionEscalate operational irregularities promptly to the Operations Manager for timely resolutionMaintain inventory accuracy through planned cycle counts, monthly reconciliations, and detailed inventory analysis and reportingSupervise employees to enforce standard operating procedures and ensure proper use and care of equipment, materials, and suppliesDeliver training programs to staff to enhance skills and operational effectivenessWork overtime and on Sundays as required to meet operational demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least a Class 3 driving license
