Responsibilities and duties

• Elaborate, implement, and monitor the PCMSO and other programs related to occupational health and safety;
• Plan and perform occupational exams (hiring, periodic, return to work, and dismissal), consultations, and medical appointments, including assistance, urgency, and emergency care when necessary;
• Evaluate the health conditions of employees, interpret clinical and complementary exams, perform diagnoses, and indicate appropriate treatments or referrals;
• Analyze medical certificates, leaves of absence, and medical licenses, providing guidance regarding return to work, functional readjustment, and social security referrals;
• Keep medical records, reports, and technical documents updated, ensuring the secrecy and confidentiality of information;
• Elaborate reports, technical reports, and documents related to occupational health, including evaluations for retirement and classification of people with disabilities;
• Monitor and disclose health and safety indicators, contributing to the analysis of results and the definition of preventive and corrective actions;
• Manage the costs of the occupational health area, monitoring expenses and loss ratio indicators;
• Act in an integrated manner with different areas and professionals, contributing to the continuous improvement of health, safety, and well-being conditions for employees.

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in medicine with specialization in Occupational Medicine;
• Active CRM and RQE (Specialist Qualification Registry);
• Experience in the occupational area, preferably in an industrial environment;
• Advanced English (for conversation);
• Availability to work in shifts.
