Responsibilities and assignments

See how you can contribute in this position:

• Control the testing schedule for the development of new products.
• Participate in meetings with the headquarters and other internal departments to report testing status.
• Create and update documents pertinent to the Testing area (procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.)
• Establish testing conditions for tires based on current manuals and standards.
• Control and update the area's performance indicators (KPI´s) to act on continuous improvement actions.
• Manage measuring instruments and consumable materials of the laboratory.

Requirements and qualifications

What you need to have and/or know for this position:

• Completed technical course or currently pursuing higher education in the area (Mechanics, Electrical, related fields) is required.
• Intermediate knowledge in Excel;
• Intermediate knowledge in English;
• Knowledge of quality tools is desirable;
• Experience in the area is desirable;
• Availability to work in the Fazenda Rio Grande/PR region.
