Responsibilities and assignments

- Create and conduct the annual Communication planning;
- Suggest and meet the demands of the areas regarding the creation of projects;
- Establish media strategies for the disclosure of internal actions to the community;
- Provide support for internal events in all areas of the company;
- Provide support in interaction with the press, public relations, and ceremonial protocols, before, during, and after each event;
- Develop and implement the communication plan to disclose the initiatives, projects, and results of the ESG Committee. Act as communication support for the committee, organizing agendas, materials, and meeting announcements.
- Propose, monitor, and ensure compliance with the budget directed to the area;
- Perform content alignment with the Commercial and Marketing areas;
- Manage suppliers and act in all stages of the process (hiring, registration, payment, among others);
- Interface with the headquarters in Japan and other plants when necessary.
Requirements and qualifications
What you need to have and/or know for this position:
- Completed Higher Education in Journalism, Organizational Communication, or related fields;
- Intermediate/advanced English - conversation;
- Advanced Office Package;
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator;
- Experience with corporate internal communication;
- Knowledge of communication planning;
- Knowledge of LinkedIn management, its functionalities, and possibilities for content extension;
- Previous experience in Industry will be considered a differentiator;
- Availability to work in the Fazenda Rio Grande/PR region - On-site work
