Project Analyst (Electrical)
We are the department responsible for the development, installation, and improvement processes of industrial machines and equipment. We interface with all other departments in the factory. We actively contribute to increasing safety, productivity, quality, energy efficiency, among others, of our processes. We are looking for professionals with a technical industrial vision and Project management skills with an interface with other areas of the company, focusing on the control of deadlines, costs, and quality. Responsibilities and assignments

- Develop projects for: Installation of new equipment, improvement of installed machines and equipment, process improvement with cost reduction and energy saving;
- Monitor all stages of the project, such as scope, schedule, costs, quality, human resources, communications, and risks, verifying progress and deviations aiming to minimize failures inherent to the processes;
- Act directly with the areas responsible for project execution such as engineering, processes, among others, verifying interferences and identifying solutions;
- Work on the management of the construction/installation work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, within costs, and within the established quality and productivity standards;
- Schedule services, allocate equipment, request materials, handling, storage conditions, and material preservation;
- Ensure compliance with the service schedule defined by the Manager according to the established quality and productivity standards.
Requirements and qualifications
What you need to have and/or know for this position:
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation;
- Advanced Office Package;
- Intermediate English;
- Knowledge of Norms/NRB’s, NR 12;
- Desirable knowledge in engineering project management;
- Availability to work in the region of Fazenda Rio Grande/PR.
