Production Analyst

Responsibilities and dutiesControl and monitor the production process, solving technical and operational problems and/or redirecting activities in order to meet the changes requested by Management.Monitor the execution of activities performed, identifying and quantifying extra work and work caused by interference from other areas, passing them on to your Management for knowledge and due action.Perform control of work organization, production processes, and product quality, monitoring the activities of your teams to ensure compliance with the specifications desired by the customer.Prepare reports and indicators for the sectors under your responsibility, monitoring and analyzing results in order to ensure compliance with procedures, goals, and necessary corrective actions.Participate in the preparation and monitor the area's budget plan, keeping expenses in accordance with the dimensioned values, monitoring results, and seeking efficiency alternatives.Seek and apply improvements in the processes, products, or services under your responsibility, aiming to ensure effective results and safeguarding the safety of the Company's assets.Ensure the development and application of new projects and processes to ensure their proper implementation.Requirements and qualificationsCompleted higher educationExperience in metallurgical industry processes;Experience in data and indicator analysis;English;Intermediate/advanced Office Package (mainly Excel);Knowledge of SAP.
