we are looking for a Mold Supervisor with experience in electricity, mold manufacturing, and plastic injection to join our team. This position requires a professional with a meticulous approach and advanced technical skills to supervise and optimize the mold maintenance process.

The Mold Supervisor will be responsible for directing and supervising the mold production team, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with quality standards. They must supervise the operation of plastic injection machines, perform inspections and preventive maintenance, and resolve technical problems that arise during production. Additionally, they must coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of molds and contribute to the development of continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.

Previous experience in the mold manufacturing industry is required, with strong knowledge in electricity and mechanics, and machines and tools. The ability to work in a production environment and the ability to lead and motivate a production team is fundamental.
