A reputable and fast growing rural bank in Bono Region, Ghana invites application from suitable qualified applicants for the following position: Branch Managers Job Description

Oversee the activities of the branch Ability to handle at branch operators within company standard Safeguard all the branch asset in a fixed asset, stocks etc Coordinating the activities of the branch to ensure that they are in line with the strategic plan of the bank Manage branch liquidity Responsible for business development to generate deposit and increase revenue Manage branch loan portfolio Authorize payments and daily entries of the branch Prepare and submit monthly progress report to the CEO/Operations Manager

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum of First Degree MBA from a recognised university as an added advantage Part qualification of ICA, ACCA and CIB as an added advantage Minimum of 4 years of working experience of which 2 years serve as a branch manager Must have a good knowledge of the T24 Banking application software
