IT Technician - Paço de Arcos

Vertente Humana, a recruitment and selection, temporary work, training, and outsourcing company, in strong expansion within its sector of activity and operating in the area of integral human resources management, is recruiting an IT Technician for a prestigious client company for the Paço de Arcos area.

Functions:

• Provide IT support to the end user.
• Analyze and assist in the coordination of daily tasks together with the support team.
• Analyze and assist in the coordination and monitoring of tickets, and tasks of the various teams.
• Participate in operational meetings with the client and with the various teams.
• Manage and create relationships with other internal teams, external teams, and the client.
• Creation and management of technical documentation (Processes and Procedures).
• Knowledge of reports for monitoring the operation taking into account the contracted SLA's, KPIs, and OLAs.
• Manage continuous improvement aligned with the teams and the contract.
• If necessary, help in resource management (Absences, vacations, training, etc.).
• Active participation in the alignment between the Operation and Service Management.
• Systematic monitoring of teams in the field regarding technical topics, events, and critical issues.

In shifts (8h/day) between 8:00 h and 21h.

Work location: Paço de Arcos (main) | Carnaxide (occasional - whenever remote is not possible).

Requirements:

• Availability to travel between units using own vehicle.
• English communication skills required.
• Valid driving license in Portugal.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Field Support function.
• Good emotional control and stress management capacity, critical analysis, good communication capacity.
• Knowledge of HW, MS Windows, MacOS required.
• Notions of computer networks and analysis tests.

Conditions:

• Employment contract.
• Base salary + meal allowance + health insurance.
