IT Network Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Network Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies and a solid background in network operations, administration, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN and WAN infrastructure.

Troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and firewall-related issues.

Assist in the management and support of VoIP systems and network security solutions.

Participate in network upgrades, performance optimization, and documentation activities.

Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of IT services.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in network administration and support.

Practical experience with: LAN/WAN technologies

Routing and Switching

Firewalls and Network Security

Wireless Networks

VoIP Solutions

Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms

MikroTik routing and networking solutions

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Certifications CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – Mandatory

CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) – Preferred and considered an added advantage

Firewall-related certifications (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Firepower, etc.) – Strong advantage.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of network monitoring and management tools.

Understanding of network security best practices.

Experience working within an enterprise environment.
