Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Support cost estimates, quotations, and progress claims. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations. Assist in monitoring project budgets and variations. Provide administrative support for ongoing projects. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field Prior relevant experience will be an advantage Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to learn and grow in the construction industry Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
