Are you experienced in wholesale operations, marketplace operations, retail operations or ecommerce and ready to join a fast-growing consumer brand?

We’re partnering with an exciting high-growth jewellery and accessories brand looking for a Wholesale & Marketplace Operations Executive to support its expanding wholesale, retail and marketplace operation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help onboard major retail partners, manage orders from receipt through to dispatch and invoicing, coordinate marketplace integrations and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Onboarding new wholesale, retail and marketplace partners
• Managing orders from receipt through to dispatch and invoicing
• Coordinating EDI and marketplace integrations
• Supporting order management, logistics, invoicing and returns
• Creating and improving SOPs, workflows and onboarding processes
• Managing partner compliance, chargebacks and operational issues
• Working closely with retail partners, logistics teams and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

What You’ll Bring

You’ll have experience within wholesale, marketplaces, retail operations or a fast-growth consumer brand , with a strong understanding of order management and operational processes.

You’ll also be confident using ERP/OMS systems, Excel and ecommerce platforms .

Experience with EDI, Mirakl or Shopify would be a strong advantage.

You’ll be organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment where priorities can move quickly.
