Permanent Plumber at various sites, Up to $4,000

Responsibilities: Install, maintain, repair, and replace water supply, drainage, sanitary, and piping systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, choked pipes, low water pressure, and faulty plumbing fixtures. Carry out repairs and replacement of pipes, taps, valves, water heaters, toilets, sinks, and other sanitary fittings. Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure plumbing systems are functioning efficiently. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency plumbing issues. Read and interpret plumbing drawings, work orders, and technical specifications where required. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards and workplace safety regulations. Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed. Liaise professionally with customers and provide recommendations where necessary. Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials in good condition. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Salary: Up to $4,000   Working hours: Monday to Saturday: 9am – 6pm

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant plumbing or maintenance experience. Candidates with more experience are welcome to apply. Experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing works is preferred. Able to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues independently. Familiar with plumbing tools, equipment, and safety practices. Physically fit and willing to travel to various work sites across Singapore. Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Possession of a Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage.
