Responsibilities: Pick and pack daily orders from Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada. Print shipping labels and ensure marketplace packaging requirements are met. Perform quality control by recording packed lighting products before dispatch. Apply English product labels and include instruction manuals. Arrange courier pickups and manage collection schedules. Process customer returns by inspecting, restocking, or flagging defective items. Maintain packaging materials inventory. Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

Salary: Up to $2,400    Working hours: Mon to Fri & Alternate Sat: 9.30am–5.30pm

Location: Tampines

Requirements: Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is preferred. Familiar with Shopify, Shopee and Lazada Seller Centre is an advantage. Detail-oriented with good packing accuracy. Able to handle warehouse duties.
