HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and results-driven Female HR Recruiter to join our team in Dubai on a temporary contract of up to one year. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently. We’re building Success Factor in Dubai and looking for a hands-on HR professional who can manage day-to-day HR operations while bringing strong recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities HR & People Operations • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. • Handle HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee relations. • Maintain HR records and support policies and UAE labour compliance. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, blue-collar and domestic roles. • Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates. • Maintain talent pipelines and coordinate interviews, offers and joining formalities. Client & Business Support • Manage client and candidate relationships. • Understand hiring requirements and coordinate recruitment solutions. • Support proposals, client follow-ups and business development.

Who We’re Looking For • 2–6 years of UAE experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations and Recruitment. • Strong knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle. • Hands-on talent acquisition experience across multiple roles. • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills. • Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working independently. • Recruitment agency or staffing consultancy experience is highly preferred. Compensation • Fixed Salary: AED 4,000–5,000/month • Performance Commission: AED 5,000–6,000/month • Potential Total Earnings: AED 9,000–11,000/month • Part-time, temporary and remote commission-based arrangements may also be considered for exceptional candidates.
