Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (domestic and international)
• Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
• Optimize transportation costs and delivery efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in manufacturing
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
