• The collective agreement gross minimum wage for this position is EUR 1,965.- for full-time employment. The actual compensation package is based on your qualifications and professional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be primarily responsible for the success of your restaurant - from restaurant sales and profitability to providing first-class guest service and operational excellence.

CORE TASKS INCLUDE:

• Recruitment/onboarding and training/development of employees in accordance with the training requirements of the Subway® brand - You will lead by example!
• Creation and management of the staff roster.
• Receipt of deliveries, reconciliation of orders, and daily banking.
• Preparation of necessary documents regarding inventory and sales; preparation of employee compensation and time tracking.
• Management of cash inventory and minimization of waste.
• 100% compliance with Subway® guidelines as well as external authorities.
• Inventory management and control, including weekly stocktakes and reports.
• Analysis of the weekly sales and inventory report to improve the business.
• Guidance and execution of organizational activities such as maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
• Implementation of marketing and POP materials according to ongoing campaigns.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations to prevent injuries.
• Providing a safe working environment for employees and guests.
• Promoting a high level of guest service among employees.
• Handling unresolved and/or escalated guest complaints.
• Ensuring service of the highest quality when handling products, during sales, with inquiries, and in guest care.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the gastronomy sector, preferably in system gastronomy
• Business administration knowledge
• Economic thinking and result orientation
• High degree of customer orientation
• English skills
• Experience in a leadership position
