What will you do?
- Implement the Technical Design process with national and international suppliers, ensuring the correct standardization of sizes and fit.
- Provide technical training to suppliers on garment adjustments and mirror structures.
- Identify and resolve fit problems in sampling and pre-production phases.
- Analyze and propose improvements in pattern making, garment assembly, and construction.
- Review counter-samples and validate quality, finishes, and fabric behavior.
- Provide technical support to ensure garments meet brand standards.
What we are looking for in you
Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Pattern Making, or related field.
Experience:
- Experience in product development, pattern making, and garment fit.
- Knowledge of garment assembly, fitting, and quality control processes.
- Interaction with national and/or international suppliers.
Technical Knowledge:
- Creation and adjustment of patterns.
- Evaluation of fit and garment construction.
- Knowledge of fabric behavior.
