Professional Training and Development Specialist

An important company in the industrial sector is looking for a Training and Development Specialist, a professional in charge of leading and coordinating the training, development, and internal communication strategies of the organization.

Job Objective

To guarantee the execution of the training and development plans defined by the different areas of the company, strengthening the technical knowledge and soft skills of the collaborators, contributing to their professional growth and the strengthening of the organizational culture.

Requirements

• Professional in Human Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related careers.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, capacity building, and organizational development processes.
• Knowledge in Instructional Design and Andragogy.
• Experience in identifying training needs, planning, and monitoring schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Desirable knowledge in Photoshop and LMS (Learning Management Systems) platforms.
• B2 English level.
• Availability to relocate to Bogotá for approximately 4 months to undergo the initial training process.

Main Functions

• Coordinate the training, capacity building, and development processes of the collaborators.
• Lead internal communication strategies and the strengthening of the organizational culture.
• Manage providers and monitor the plans and activities of the area.
• Provide support to the different Human Resources processes.

Working Conditions

• Salary: $6,280,800 + transportation allowance.
• Contract: Indefinite term.
• Benefits: Life insurance, health insurance, funeral insurance, educational allowances, eyewear allowance, vacation bonus equivalent to 6 days, lunch service, among other benefits.
• Training process: The selected person must relocate to Bogotá for approximately 4 months to receive the training corresponding to the position.

IMPORTANT: The company will assume all expenses related to the relocation to Bogotá during the training period, so the candidate shall not assume travel, accommodation, or food costs.
