Responsibilities: Attend to national and international passengers in the airport lounge, offering high-quality service. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages following established presentation and protocol standards. Ensure compliance with Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) in all stages of service. Maintain cleanliness and order in service areas, including buffet tables and workstations. Manage service payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with the team to guarantee smooth operation and a positive experience for the passenger. Apply airport security and customer service protocols. Prepare and serve beverages, including the handling of coffee machines.

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles as a waiter or in table service in restaurants. B1 English level or higher with the ability to communicate fluently with national and international passengers. Knowledge and application of Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) in food handling. Experience in order management and handling POS systems. Familiarity with customer service protocols and table service. Knowledge of buffet tableware and coffee machine operation.
