Production Coordinator

An important company in the industrial sector is looking for a professional in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related fields, with solid experience leading manufacturing processes as a Coordinator or Production Manager. The ideal profile must have skills in process control, report generation, continuous improvement, and dealing with internal and external clients.

🎯 Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise production processes in the plant.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Control performance indicators and operational efficiency.
• Manage communication with internal and external clients.
• Prepare production reports, failure analyses, and improvement plans.
• Implement continuous improvement actions in production processes.

✅ Requirements:

• University degree in engineering (mechatronics, mechanical, electromechanical, industrial, chemical, or related). (Must have a professional card)
• Previous experience as a Coordinator or Production Manager.
• Intermediate to advanced English level (oral and written). (A test will be administered)
• Advanced handling of Excel and other data analysis tools.
