Experience Manager — Premium Training Boutique Studio - Sales, hospitality and customer experience

STYMIA is the first EMS (electro-muscle stimulation) boutique studio with Wireless technology in Lima, located in Miraflores. We combine applied science, cutting-edge technology, and a service experience designed in detail for an audience that values their time, precision, measurable results, and exclusivity in service.

We are looking for an Experience Manager who will be the first point of contact for every client: receives, accompanies, and closes. You will be responsible for the complete experience from the moment the client walks through the door: welcome, coffee service, initial body assessment, up to the commercial closing of the training package and continuous follow-up.

Main functions:

• Receive and accompany each client with a boutique hospitality standard
• Perform body composition and strength assessments (training included)
• Close sales of training packages through consulting
• Manage the appointment schedule and follow-up with active clients
• Contribute to loyalty and package renewal

It is a role with a direct impact on a new project, with growth linked to the growth of the brand. Compensation includes a variable component for sales closing, with no cap.
