Job Summary A Construction Production Manager supports project production by planning and coordinating daily site operations, tracking schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work meets budget and safety standards. They serve as a key link between on-site teams, consultants, and management. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily construction site operations to ensure smooth project progress Track project schedules to monitor milestones and deadlines for timely completion Manage subcontractors by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving issues Ensure construction work complies with budget constraints and safety regulations Facilitate communication between on-site teams, consultants, and upper management to align project goals Monitor site activities to identify and mitigate risks affecting project delivery and safety Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction production management
