Your tasks

Your Mission Plan, direct, and supervise the company's global operations to ensure profitability, sustainable growth, and competitiveness, aligning the entire organization with the vision and objectives of the shareholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction: Design and execute the company's short, medium, and long-term strategic plan.
• Executive Leadership: Direct, align, and evaluate the performance of first-line management (Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.).
• Financial Management and Control: Approve and control annual budgets, optimize costs, ensure cash flow, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• High-Level Decision Making: Evaluate and authorize major investments, commercial alliances, and key corporate contracts.
• Institutional Representation: Act as the primary legal and commercial representative of the company before strategic partners, large clients, and regulatory entities.
• Risk Mitigation: Monitor the market and trends to anticipate threats and design efficient contingency plans.

What are we looking for in you?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Having an MBA or a Master's in Management/Finance is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in roles such as General Manager, Executive Director, or First-Line Management with an integral view of the business.
• Technical Skills:

o Solid mastery of corporate finance, reading financial statements, and budgetary control. o Experience implementing strategic planning methodologies and process optimization (ERP/BI). o Advanced English (business).

• Soft Skills: Inspiring leadership, strategic vision, critical decision-making under pressure, high negotiation capacity, and resilience.
